A message from our CEO:

If asked 30 different people to define corporate social responsibility, I am positive I would receive 30 different definitions. Although corporate social responsibility is far from an easy business concept to execute successfully, Elkay Interior Systems (EIS) has prided itself on the motto of "Simplifying the complicated" since 1979. Because we apply this concept in every area of the business, we look to simplify doing the right things and investing in "good." We are in the business of designing and building sustainable environments for the future.

We are committed to measuring and ensuring equity within our culture, as we believe that a diverse workforce drives innovation and reflects the rich tapestry of the communities we serve.

Philanthropy

Philanthropy is integral to our global business ethos, reflecting our commitment to making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve. At EIS, we recognize that our employees are the driving force behind our philanthropic efforts, and their passion for creating positive change inspires us all. By empowering our team with 16 hours of paid volunteer time off, we enable them to actively engage with nonprofit organizations that resonate with their values. This initiative not only fosters a culture of giving back but also allows us to collectively address critical social issues that matter most to us. Supplier Diversity

It’s imperative to champion equality, diversity, and inclusion in every aspect of our business. To that extent, we are proud to launch our Supplier Diversity Program. We aim to make meaningful contributions to the economic growth of diverse companies and communities. EIS has partnered with the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) and the Women's Business Development Center (WBDC) – the leading supplier diversity certification organization in the nation – as a corporate affiliate to strengthen our connections in the supplier diversity community.

The Supplier Diversity Program will seek to measure and expand our existing supplier diversity reach and increase our book of business with certified Minority, Women, LGBTQ, Small, and Veteran Business Enterprises (MBE/WBE/LGBTQ/SBE/VBE) serving our industries.
